Friday, July 3, the Jonathan Frost Gallery presents a new show featuring eight pastels by Barbara Vanderbilt, from her “Language of Stone” series. Some pieces depict the Maine coast; others evoke towering Western rock formations. These pieces offer a preview of a larger showing of her work, to be held next summer.
Some work from our recent “Critters” show will remain on the walls. Included are photographs by Jana Markwart-Sapienza, Lou Sapienza, and Madeleine de la Sinéty and paintings by Barbara Beebe, Susan Beebe, and Mae Towers. You can see the full Critters show here.
