June 2020

The Gallery and Frame Shop are Open!

We will be showing a good deal of interesting, engaging art this summer and fall, starting this Friday, with a show called “CRITTERS.”  You’ll be able to see it all on our walls and on our website, jonathanfrostgallery.com.

You can see the full show here online as a preview before you stop by.

And there will be a mural evoking a forest full of all kinds of Maine animals, hand-drawn and hand-printed by second-grade students of THOMASTON GRAMMAR SCHOOL in a LEAPS of IMAGINATION! program.

There will be no openings this summer, but you’re welcome and encouraged to come to the gallery and see the work in person, and, of course, you’ll be able to view it online at JonathanFrostGallery.com.  If you come – there’s nothing like seeing art in person – it’s better if you call or email in advance to make an appointment, even during regular open hours. 207-596-0800 or frostgal@midcoast.com.

The FRAME SHOP is also open.  Again, it’s better to call or email in advance to set up an appointment.
GALLERY and FRAME SHOP HOURS:  Wednesday – Saturday, 10:00 to 5:00.  I’ll be wearing a mask, and I ask that you wear a mask.  Thanks!

The artists and I are looking forward to this season, unusual and challenging though it is, and to having you see the work.
Thanks.
Jonathan
