Rockland native Jared Cowan earned his BFA at the University of Maine (Orono), with a concentration in foundry and installation art. Jared’s work often reflects an interest in psychology and the contemporary human predicament, and it often provokes a thoughtful amusement or mild perplexity. He enjoys the feel of bold color and strong line.
