Directions from the South:
- Head North on Route 1 from Waldoboro/Warren/Thomaston.
- Once in Rockland turn left onto Main Street, continuing north on Route 1
- go one block and turn right onto Winter street.
- Jonathan Frost Gallery is on your right, about a block down.
Directions from the North:
- Head south on Route 1 from Camden/Rockport
- In Rockland near downtown Route 1 splits into South and North bound streets
- Stay on Rte.1 south, (it veers right as Ranklin Street
- Stay on Rte. 1, ( Rte 1 veers left as Union Street)
- Turn Left onto Park Street, this will be Rte. 1 north. The easiest way to get tot he gallery, traffic-wise.
- Go one block, turn left onto Main Street
- One block turn right onto Winter Street.
- Jonathan Frost Gallery is near the end of the block.
Directions fromthe East, Augusta/Union:
- Head west on Rte. 17, (becomes Maverick Street in Rockland).
- Rte. 17 ends at a traffic light with Rte. 1
- Turn right onto Rte. 1 South
- In Rockland near downtown Route 1 splits into South and North bound streets
- Stay on Rte.1 south, (it veers right as Ranklin Street
- Stay on Rte. 1, ( Rte 1 veers left as Union Street)

- Dock your boat at the public landing
- walk east one street over to Winter Street.
- Jonathan Frost Gallery is on your left before you get to Main Street
